Power probe can't measure inductor (imported from SPICE model)

I want to use spice mode for L/C/PCB/Package to do SIMPLIS co-sim. Please refer to attached 1~5.
Use L/C is can normal run simulation.
Add PCB and package spice model can not run simulation. Please double check again.

The attached 6 is intel case, why this case can normal run simulation?

You can provide a SOP step for L/C/PCB/Package to do SIMPLIS co-sim. Let me try it.
